our chorus is performing a Motown show soon. These songs are incredibly melodious. Beautiful vocals, simple arrangements and thoroughly enjoyable even after 40-50 years.

this is so good! doesn’t it sound like the singer in the background in “Take me home tonight” by eddie money?

i love the ronettes and their songs. they were a fabulous group.ive heard the new versions by the teen queens(australia) and its a joke.and i saw and heard an italian group le tre colombelle and they are not professionals but part of a cult show on italian tv.not bad and if striking blonds are u.u will like.but the ronettes are far and away so much better.and for me the best female group ever.their sound was unique.better than supremes to me.

@LongLiveInspiration That indeed is Ronnie Spector singing back up vocals on “Take Me Home Tonight”.

I grew up with this music by going to many car shows and having my dad who only listened to the oldies.
