Whats your opinion? I use one for my chihuahua when i run with my bigger dog, only cause she hates being left alone at home and she cant keep up with us for my long runs with my big dog. It is not like she doesnt like it. what is your opinion?
She is only a chihuahua she has such tiny legs and cant keep up with me and my bigger dog.She gets so tiered after like 5 minutes so i either have to carry her or put her in a stroller

As long as you let her walk some of the time and don’t treat her as if she is a baby I guess it’s ok.#

it is not exactly cruel but dogs want to walk and explore the scents and get their energy out not sit in a stroller

well if she cant keep up leave her at home or slow down the pace. a dog has legs for a reason.

I would never use one unless my dog had some sort of medical problem that required it. I don’t hold it against people if they want one, but I also feel like dogs love to run and walk, so why coop them up in a stroller? Your situation seems fine, and I know what it’s like to walk two very different breeds who like to go different paces and different lengths.

But, in your case, it’s not that bad I guess. As long as your chihuahua gets some exercise another time..why not?
I just hate those people who use them all the time.
Like, dogs have feet for a reason. Let them walk.
I recently went on a charity dog walk and their were like 5 people who had their little dogs in strollers…it was weird.

With your situation explained I like that you use one. If I just randomly saw you running down the street and noticed the dog in it? I’d probably think you were just a bit weird. No offense! Its my honest answer.

Walk the Chihuahua first just a short brisk walk then take the big dog for a run. If you keep her in a stroller she will get fat and lazy.
