      @RandomBubby I think as a chef, he’s coming from a purely food point of view in terms of health. Exercise is of course important, but Jaime is not a dietician.

      I think you can make videos to teach people to identify healthy food and teach people how to cook. we got the message, but we still don’t know how to make it real

      Jamie, pleaseeeee, you must come to Mexico to teach us and our education system how easy and apolitic that is to change our 1st. world place of obesity. How come be a country on development have that level of obesity? just with a bad food education =( for me as mexican is so sad, here it’s become a Public Healt issue.
