Distilled water!! all babies should have distilled water only. I even recommend all people to only drink distilled water.

You can also get fluoride from just brushing your teeth too. You dont have to swallow nasty city water.

okay you don’t need to do all those steps for avocado. take a baby spoon and scrape it out. This way your infant sees what he/she is eating too. Easy. No water necessary to mash.
