14 – How To: Green Bean Baby Food

September 28, 2011 By Pilar Estefana

Facebook: tinyurl.com How *I* make my baby food. :) I use the KidCo food mill since I do fairly small batches and my husband has misplaced my food processor blade. Awesome :) Hannah was in her Baby Bjorn like carrier during parts of this video, thus the complimentary hand slaps and shaky camera are all H’s doing. Thanks to Trader Joes for selling me Cleaned and Trimmed Green Beans and making me feel silly and narotic about cleaning and trimming them again.

Love the food mill for baby food – it keeps the texture so much better. I’m really enjoying your daily vlogs! I have to tell you, I watched your bf q&a vid last night, and then was reading Ina May’s bf book right before bed… and had the STRANGEST dreams, lol. This pregnancy is doing a number on me. =)

Looks nice and easy as far as the steps that you showed, and also for the cleanup. I am up for anything that is easy to clean. Thanks for another great informative video.

That is a very neat little machine. I am glad you showed us how to use it. I knew that I wanted to homemake my daughters baby food but I never got a chance to really check out products because my mother-in-law purchased a baby food cooker for me before I even got around to looking at them. I just recently did a product review on my baby food cooker I really like it.
