You want healthy recipes? Take 1/2 of a banana 1tbsp of agave nectar which is like syrup but with out all the sugars. 2 tbsp of water, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp of Cinnamon. and 1/4 a cup of raisins, you have cookie dough mash it up and put it in a dehydrator.

Instead of :
Jatz/ritz > ryvita/wheat thins
plastic cheese > sliced boconcini/goats fetta
Boloni > low-fat leg ham off the bone
Miricle Whip > Hummus/REAL mayonaise
Cream cheese > Ricotta cheese
Fat free milk > low-fat goats/cows/sheep’s milk (if it is all fat free, usually the flavour lost is substituted for sugar which, if not worse, is just as bad)
Fat-free yogurt > Low-fat yogurt (Also the fat-sugar replacement trick)
Still good suggestions though :)
