your baby is getting all the flavor that you’re ingesting? how? the nutrients from what you eat are given to the baby via umbilical cord not the mouth, thus no taste bud contact and no flavor recognition
yamashitariki says
yeah!
TSM86 says
actually what you eat flavors the amniotic fluid that baby swallows
chopchewey says
usually when you put food in a babys mouth, theyll be able to taste it. this video wasnt about feeding pregnant women.

Although I understand people love their children, I think it’s a bit “out there” to spend time making an infant’s food. I was raised on Gerber and grew up strong,healthy, and even relatively thinner. An infant cannot truly appreciate taste at such a young age, they have no memory until they’re two. This all seems a bit excessive?
VioletsAreViolent says
i think most people just do it for the “organic” idea or to cut costs, and yeah, us tree-huggers can get a little “out there” sometimes lol

@gnc869187 whatever a woman eats during pregnancy the foods flavor the amniotic fluid, which the baby sometimes swallow. the same applies with breast feeding.

@bookscantalk
Well, it’s much healthier. There are no preservatives or additives, and even though your baby may not know the difference, a mother does. My baby boy is 5 months and i love to make baby food, even with my busy schedule!
BabyLilaFrog says
@gnc869187 absolutely right, this video is complete and utter subjection, you should not add any spices or oil to baby’s food. Steaming is best, and blend it accordingly…”parents” please remove this video.
