She is so cut

Depends on the baby. Some smile the day they are born. I know one of my cousins smiled the day after she was born but her older brother didn’t smile until about a month or two after his birth.

Tickle play seems to be a basic, universal game among all primates, not just humans. Chimps, gorillas, and orangutan youngsters like getting tickled too, and “giggle” when they get tickled.

To those saying “It’s abusive!”:
The Mom gives her short periods of breaks in between the tickling, it’s not a constant tickle. Besides, I remember as a tot even that I liked being tickled and it was relaxing.

Awhh,, How Cute.

she’s definitely laughing. Newborns don’t laugh like toddlers, they don’t really know how to react to something that is humorous or ticklish, they can’t completely control their bodies and if anything they are wondering “what is happening” or “what is that feeling”.

What a abusive mother! She should be sentenced to death..

the woman sounds more like a psychyratrist saying what she is doing to a patient or something.the baby wasnt really laughing it was more or less being irritated to death

very cute baby. My now 4 mo. twin daughter’s laugh in their own ways, and noone can tell a mom what is laughing, crying, what their grunts mean, certain cries mean, EXCEPT for the mommy (sometimes daddy to, but especially us). Leave this poor woman and her beautiful child alone!! congrats on her. she must be 3 now, wow. It goes too fast!

I can’t believe how many ignorant people comment negatively, you look like a loving mother, and don’t waste your time even commenting to the ignorance. I saw your video after posting me tickling my 4 month old. He started laughing at 2 months at anything silly I would do or pick-a-boo. Being tickled when you were a child by someone rough housing you and really tickling you is different then how a mother gently tickles their child. It is great affection and enhances childrens development.
