      @Gaberm1972 if this is you and your son 3-4 years ago, why isn’t this video up on your page? It would only make sense to have the video up if you are claiming to be the father of the baby in this video. I’m not saying you aren’t the father, and this isn’t originally your video, I just think it would convince a lot more people to have it on your YouTube page.

      I bet AFV demands that you give them exclusivity. If the original owner distributed the video himself, it could possibly mean a bunch of legal trouble for breaking the contract. Not that putting it up on youtube is legal at all, but if someone else does it it’s “just” copyright infringement. Thats my guess.
