Sassy Developmental Bumpy Ball – Best BaBy Toys 2018

February 21, 2020 By Pilar Estefana

See the full review at https://smartthinkday.com/

The Bumpy Ball is a soft ball toy with bright colors and bold patterns. The ball’s easy-to-grasp bumps help babies hold, toss, and roll the ball. There are two clear plastic ends that contain colorful beads. When babies shake Bumpy Ball, the beads make a rattling noise. There are also mirrored surfaces inside each plastic end so that babies can see themselves. The bottom of the box includes “interaction ideas” for parents and baby. Sassy recommends sitting on the floor across from your baby and rolling Bumpy Ball to your baby, encouraging the child to grasp it and roll or toss it back.

Buppy-Uppy is one of the six silly, interactive, and not scary monsters known as Non-sters. This soft, six-inch toy makes a rattling sound when babies shake it. Buppy-Uppy’s bright colors and different textures will engage babies in tactile play. Buppy-Uppy also comes with a water-filled bee teether that can be chilled in the fridge to provide a soothing coolness to a teething baby’s gums. The teether also has different textures on it.

Go-Go Bugs are hanging toys designed to stimulate vision and hearing. Hang the three soft bugs from a car seat bar so that babies can look at the bright colors and bat at the bugs. The bugs make different sounds when babies bat them. The bee rattles, the ladybug’s leaf makes a crinkly sound, and the butterfly chimes. Each of the bugs features a repositionable strap to make it easy for parents to relocate the bugs to a different area, such as from a car seat bar to a stroller.

Sassy Seat Doorway Jumper from Sassy

Sassy Seat Doorway Jumper from Sassy

It attaches to the top of molded doorframes, so parents can place it in any doorway of the house. The locking mechanism holds the jumper firmly in place. There is a clamp at the top that clamps around the doorframe. Adjust the strap until the jumper is at your preferred height off the ground. (You want your child to be able to touch the ground with the tips of his toes, not standing with his feet flat on the floor.) Once adjusted, turn the locking mechanism to lock. The Sassy Seat Doorway Jumper includes five toys—crinkly bee, mirror, flipper gripper rattle, teething wing firefly, and clacking bugs—that can be attached to the loops on the seat cover, and they can also be detached and used independently from the jumper.
