Congratulations!
There are oh so many things you can start shopping for! Your immediate needs, other than clothes or bedding, will be:
Furniture, infant car seat and stroller – you should keep these gender neutral in case you have another baby
Baby bath
Diaper changing (pad, pad covers, diapers, diaper pail, wipe warmer)
Bouncy seat
If you’re going to nurse, you’ll need a Boppy and a good glider
There’s a great list of baby needs at the Babies R Us website – just beware that there’s a lot of unnecessary stuff on there that they just want you to believe you need when you really don’t.

you could buy shampoo, baby wash, a bathtub, washcloths, diapers, white socks, a swing, and a stroller of neutral colors (this is better if you plan to have more babies anyways that way you can use it again) a crib, dresser, nail clippers, syringe, baby tylenol, gas drops (milicon) brush and comb, mirror for the car, baby monitor, changing table, a few toys, books.
I hope i helped
